2.1.- Admission of Objects in auctions

Setdart.com admins will admit the objects for the auctions, previous study and appraisal made by its experts free. Setdart reserves the right to admit or to reject the presented/displayed lots. In general, pieces do not enter auction that whose estimated value is less than 200 €.

Once accepting a lot for the auctions, Setdart becomes deposit taker of the objects in the conditions in which they are given by the salesman. Setdart understands that the vendor has the legal capacity necessary to contract and the power of disposition on the goods given for the auctions, being the mentioned exclusive salesman responsible for any abuse in the mentioned faculties.

All lots entered the auction, could not be retired in any case by the assigning one without the express authorization of Setdart, and in the case of acceding to retirement, the assigning one will have to pay to Setdart an amount equivalent to 20% of the value of the estimation fixed to the retired lot, for indemnification and by the caused expenses.
