3.6.-Aim of Auction and awarding of a lot

At the moment at which the auction of a lot finishes, the high bidder is the buyer of this lot. Immediately, Setdart auctions will send an email to bidder informing them of winning and the conditions to acquire the piece and to make the payment.

Also you can contact with us by telephone in 937 91 19 37 if you wish information on the result of the auctions and it does not have an Internet connection handy.

The bids made on the internet will prevail over the made ones by telephone, fax or directly in the room. In case of a tie, it will prevail received in the first place by order of date and the hour.

The acquired lots will be given in the state observed in the exhibition, without accepting claims on restorations, flaws, breakage, although they may have not been pointed out in the description. The exhibition of the lots intends to make possible its perfect examination and study on the part of the buyers.
