1.5 Data of the Galery of images
The data of the gallery of images relative
to the author, origin, antiquity, origin and state of the
lots are included after a careful investigation, verification
and advising, but on their exactitude, Setdart Auctions do
not accept responsibility some. The interested ones will have
to form their own opinions with respect to the pieces before
the closing of the auction, is for that reason that the objects
are exposed publicly.
Sale of lot will be terminated and his
price given back to buyer, if it notifies in writing Setdart,
within the 15 following days to the closing, that the bought
lot is a deliberate falsification, demonstrating proof of
