3,8 Collection and transport
The buyer has a term of 10 days to
pay and to gather the lots that have been adjudged him
in the auctions. If it wishes it, Setdart Auctions will
manage the transport and packing to him, which will
always go in charge of the buyer being, also, of its
exclusive responsibility the damages that could be caused
during this transport. Setdart auctions can facilitate
a picture to him of tariffs before their accomplishment.
If past the 10 days and the lot has days not retired,
there will be generated, weekly expenses of storage
of 3€ for furniture and of 1,50€ for the lots pertaining
to any other category.
