Recognized sculptor and graphic artist of constructivist language, Amadeo Gabino began his training in Valencia, to later expand his knowledge in Rome, Milan, Paris, Hamburg and New York. He represented Spain at the Venice Biennials of 1956 and 1966, as well as at the Alexandria Biennial of 1954, the Salzburg Christian Art Biennial of 1956 and the New York World's Fair of 1964. He is represented at the Museo Reina Sofía in Madrid, the Cabinet de Estampes in Geneva, the Kunsthalle in Hamburg, the Brooklyn Museum in New York, the Fundación Juan March and the Museo de Bellas Artes in Bilbao, among others.
