Russian door, second half of the 18th century.
Carved, painted and gilded wood.
It has slight losses.
Measurements: 151 x 69 x 12 cm.
Great door of two leaves profusely carved with abundant foliage. It has six tondos in which the Virgin Mary and the angel Gabriel (that is to say, the Visitation) and the four Evangelists are represented. The meticulousness of the paintings framed in rocailles denotes the advanced artistic ability of the craftsman.
