Measurements: 23 x 17 cm; 41 x 34 cm (frame).

Caricaturist and journalist of great international prestige, Manuel del Arco settled in Barcelona in 1939, after making a name for himself as a collaborator of "El Heraldo de Aragón". In the Catalan capital he worked for media such as "Diario de Barcelona" and "La Vanguardia". He also published several books, and after his death Editorial Destino created the Manuel del Arco awards for reportage in his honor. He was also a professor at the Official School of Journalism in Barcelona.
