Throughout his career, Mauro Martini has designed a wide variety of products, from furniture and lighting to kitchenware and fashion accessories. His designs are often characterized by elegant simplicity and clever functionality. Among Mauro Martini's best-known creations are the "Leda" chair for Driade, the "Cactus" collection for Alessi and the "Tizio" luminaire for Artemide, which has won several prestigious design awards. Mauro Martini has also taught design at several Italian universities, including the Polytechnic University of Milan, the University of Venice and the IUAV University of Venice. His work has been shown in numerous design exhibitions around the world. Today, he continues to work as a freelance designer and is considered one of the most influential Italian designers of his generation.
