Inject Love

INJECT LOVE.
"In case of".
Installation with glass display case and fencing sabers.
Measurements:

Inside a transparent box on which is engraved the phrase "in case of ... break glass" we see two long-edged sabers. With their usual irony Inject Love alludes to the eventuality of breaking the glass of the case "in case of emergency", as if they were fire extinguishers. With this, they insinuate the instability of everyday emotions that are capable of making us burst with the desire to engage in a fencing duel with our partner.

The artistic duo Inject Love (Brusse and Hanse Cora) have used street art to communicate dissident points of view, evoke questions and express political concerns. In their exhibitions and installation proposals they handle the motto: "love is everything around us". This was evident in an exhibition they held at Casa Batlló in Barcelona in 2018. As stated by the Batlló institution itself, "Through street art, sculptures, photographs and installations, Inject Love proposes to "converse" about love, confronting the experience of the artists with that of the spectators. An art that finds its place in public spaces as well as in galleries". They have worked with Barcelona galleries such as N2. Currently the tandem is developing their work in Ghent, Belgium, and Santander, Spain.
