Glenfarclas from the 1970s are highly prized by collectors and aficionados.
Glenfarclas is a historic single malt Scotch whisky distillery located in Speyside, Scotland, founded in 1836 and owned by the Grant family since 1865; it is especially renowned for maintaining traditional production methods, such as the use of stills heated with direct fire, and for aging most of its whiskies in sherry casks, resulting in a classic, elegant and complex style, with the usual notes of dried fruits, caramel, spices and wood, highly appreciated by both aficionados and collectors of high quality whisky.
