Rosa Feliu started in photography at the end of the seventies. She belongs to a generation of photographers committed to the city, creators who transform urban space into a civic agora, dignified even in the most disadvantaged corners. When she is not on the street, Rosa Feliu likes to photograph flowers and vegetables. In their simplicity and everydayness she finds a soft and nourishing beauty. She doesn't call these photographs still lifes because they are portraits. The difference is easy to understand. The still life is more plastic, while the good portrait always penetrates the identity of the character, even if it is an onion, some garlic or some eggs.
