Luis Giner Bueno began his training under his father, Luis Giner Valls, and later enrolled at the School of Arts and Crafts in Valencia. In 1952 and 1953, he won First Prize in Oil Painting and Watercolor, which included a study trip to Paris. He was also awarded First Prize at the Moncada Biennial (Valencia) in 1956, the Silver Medal at the National Exhibition in Alicante, the Goerlich-Miquel Prize from the Valencia Circle of Fine Arts, and the Royal Cavalry Order of Seville Prize at the Fall Exhibition (1968). He has held exhibitions of his work in various Spanish cities and in the United States. Works by Giner Bueno are held by the Municipal Museum and Archive of Valencia and the Museum of the Royal Cavalry Order of Seville, as well as by numerous official Spanish institutions and European and American collectors.
