Carmen Ferrando is a contemporary Spanish painter born in Benidorm (Alicante) in 1974. From a very young age, she showed a great passion for painting, beginning her artistic journey at the age of three alongside her father. She trained at various art schools in the province of Alicante, and although she also studied Business Administration and earned a master’s degree in Digital Marketing, she always considered painting her true calling.

Her work focuses primarily on Mediterranean seascapes, created in oil on canvas. Through her paintings, she seeks to convey the light, the transparency of the water, the serenity of the sea, and the emotions it evokes. Nature, especially the Mediterranean, is her main source of inspiration.

Throughout her career, she has exhibited her work in cities such as New York, Paris, Miami, Brussels, Athens, Munich, and Madrid, among others. Her paintings are appreciated for their realism and their ability to convey calm, balance, and beauty, establishing her as a recognized artist in the field of contemporary seascape painting.
