Carlo Sebastiano Berardi was an Italian Catholic priest and canon. After studying theology in Savona with the Piarists, he was promoted to the priesthood and began studying law in Turin, paying special attention to canonical jurisprudence. In 1749 he was appointed prefect of the Faculty of Law at the University of Turin, while from 1754 until his death he was professor of canon law at the same institution.
