Sculptural set in porcelain of the prestigious Lladró manufacture. The composition represents an orientalist scene starring two male figures and a camel, resolved with great richness of detail and a careful staging.

Salvador Furió worked extensively for Lladró as a sculptor, becoming one of the most prolific and recognized artists of the Lladró brand.

The work stands out for the quality of the modeling, especially visible in the facial expressions, the folds of the garments and the anatomy of the camel, as well as for the delicacy of the enameling, characteristic of Lladró. The chromatic palette, in earthy tones, blues and ivories, reinforces the evocative character of the scene and its desert setting. The arrangement of the figures generates a balanced and dynamic composition, with a marked narrative sense.
