Paloma Navares. She is a Spanish visual artist recognized as a pioneer in multidisciplinary art and in the exploration of gender issues. She is the creator of her own plastic language characterized by the use of new technologies, the use of space, sound, light and the integration of various techniques. In her multimedia installations she combines scenography, performance, sculpture, photography, video and audio. She has been awarded in the third edition of the Blanco, Negro y Magenta 2019 awards, with the 2018 MAV Women in the Visual Arts Award in the artist category and in 2016 with the Honor Award for the Best Artistic and Professional Career in the X National Painting Contest “Miradas 2016” of the Jorge Aló Foundation and with the XXIII Edition of El Club de Las 25 in the Visual Artist category.
