Congratulations if you have been the highest bidder in a Setdart auction!
From the next working day after the auction, you will receive an e-mail with the invoice stating the auction price, plus applicable charges such as buyer's premium, taxes, and any other charges that may be applied (transport, insurance, etc). Remember that you have 7 days to make the payment. This information will also be available in "My Setdart" section, where you can view the invoices, as long as you are logged in as a user.
You can contact our Logistics department if you would like Setdart to arrange transport for you.

Directly on our WEB portal
You can pay by credit/debit card via the link provided on our website in the MY ACCOUNT section (https://www.setdart.com/control_panel/).
Setdart offers you the Virtual POS, an online payment gateway that allows you to pay for your lots by card, through the internet, in an easy and, above all, secure way. Banco Sabadell's online payment platform integrates CES (Secure Electronic Purchase) which, under the international protocols Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, provides high security and protection in payments. In addition to the CES protocol, the Virtual POS is configured with the security limitations known as velocity checks.
If you are operating from abroad, you can pay in your local currency, as our online payment platform has a multi-currency service. In addition, all pages of the Virtual POS are available in different languages.
In person at our offices
You have the option of paying at our offices/Setdart Headquarters in cash, in accordance with the limits established for payment in cash by Spanish law. You can also pay at our offices by debit or credit card (we accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards).
Bank transfer
You can pay by bank transfer to one of our bank accounts, which we always indicate on the invoice. We only work with reliable and reputable financial institutions.
