Calisay is a liqueur whose formula seems to come from a Bohemian monastery, later manufactured in Blanes (Selva) and from 1896 in Arenys de Mar by the Mollfulleda family at Factoría Calisay. Nowadays, Calisay bottles (and Mollfulleda liqueurs in general) have become collector's items.
