Deluxe facsimile edition of the Libro Altar de Felipe III el Bueno, a devotional work from the 15th century that combines a prayer book with a small portable altar in diptych format. The original is preserved in the Austrian National Library (Cod. 1800). This edition, produced in 1991, is made on authentic natural parchment and illuminated in great detail, presenting 66 pages bound in embossed leather (15 x 35 cm). It includes a complementary hardcover study book (150 pages with studies, transcription and translation into Spanish) and both volumes are presented in a blue velvet-covered slipcase with gilt details. Limited edition of 350 numbered and notarized copies. It is in perfect condition.
