Pedro Durán Morales, born in 1860 in Santiago de Compostela, was an outstanding Spanish goldsmith who founded in 1886 his silversmith workshop in Madrid. Thanks to his skill and entrepreneurial vision, in 1899 he was appointed official supplier to the Royal Household, a recognition that consolidated his reputation in the world of goldsmithing.
Throughout his career, Durán specialized in the creation of high-quality silver pieces, including stationery and writing instruments. His legacy endures today, with the Pedro Durán firm being recognized for its excellence in craftsmanship and design.
