DESCRIPTION
Vintage Small Trotter Boston bag by DIOR.
Made in the iconic Trotter monogram canvas of the maison, in navy blue and beige tones, with tone-on-tone leather finishes on handles, base and piping. It features a small Boston design, with a compact cylindrical structure, double short handle, top zipper closure and silver-tone metal hardware. Interior lined in fabric, with interior zippered pocket.
In excellent condition, light signs of use.
Measurements: 31 x 17 x 16 cm.
This model is part of DIOR's most recognizable handbag collection at the end of the 20th century, when the Trotter monogram, originally designed in 1967 by Marc Bohan, was rescued and reinterpreted by John Galliano. The Small Trotter Boston became an emblematic piece of the maison's urban style, combining classic elegance with sporty functionality. Its compact, lightweight and easy-to-carry format, along with its strong visual impact, makes it a cult piece in the DIOR vintage universe.
This bag represents an era in which Dior boldly brought haute couture luxury to street style, without losing its traditional sophistication.
