Made of multicolored Monogram canvas on a white background. Front pocket with a metallic flap closure. Short brown leather handles, matching the trim and other decorative details. Zipper closure. Suede-lined interior with pockets.

In keeping with Louis Vuitton’s tradition of naming its bags after celebrities, cities, or historical figures, the name Priscilla comes from the character played by the famous actress Joan Crawford in the 1928 silent film, *Across to Singapore*. The Priscilla’s design emerged directly from the legendary collaboration that began in 2003 between Marc Jacobs and the contemporary Japanese artist Takashi Murakami. Murakami took the traditional, understated brown LV monogram created in 1896 and completely transformed it, using a vibrant palette of 33 different colors on a white or black background.
