This coffee set for six people has been designed by Versace for the prestigious German manufacturer Rosenthal. It is characterized by the profusion of intense and daring color tones, as well as by the famous Medusa symbol that defines the luxurious Italian firm. It comes with six cups and six matching coffee saucers.
The prestigious German ceramic, porcelain and glassware manufacturer Rosenthal was founded in 1879 in Selb, Bavaria, by Philip Rosenthal (1855-1937), and is still in business today. Its first success in the market took place at the beginning of the 20th century, thanks to its delicate figural statuettes and its table services, of simplified and refined forms, very different from the earlier Art Nouveau pieces. After World War II, the factory completely renewed its repertoire and hired important designers such as Löwy or Wirkkala.
