This vase, made entirely of pewter, is a paradigmatic example of the Art Nouveau style. Its design stands out for the harmony of its fluid shapes and a markedly naturalistic aesthetic, capturing the essence of movement in every detail. It depicts a woman pulling out nets full of crustaceans and fish with the help of a putti. Under the beak of the jar, the head of Neptune, god of the seas and oceans, is presented.
