This sculpture is conceived following the models of Alexander Calder, the great renovator of the sculpture of the 20th century and creator of the mobile as an autonomous work of art. The piece fully adopts the Calderian principle of the balanced tension between fixed structure and suspended elements, combining a stable support -of curved, open and organic forms, painted in a vibrant red- with a set of mobile geometric surfaces that rotate smoothly in space, activated by the slightest current of air.
The use of flat colors -yellow, blue, red and white- responds to the visual language of modern abstraction, evoking both Calder's vocabulary and the influence of neoplasticism and the formal simplification of the avant-garde. Its dynamic balance, achieved through the careful calculation of weights and tensions, turns the piece into a kinetic sculpture, in constant transformation, where movement is an essential component of the work.
The piece dialogues with the Calderian heritage without limiting itself to a mere reproduction: it captures the essence of the mobile as a living sculpture, where form, color and movement construct a changing sensory experience.
