Set consisting of necklace and bracelet with central pendant inspired by the Christ of St. John of the Cross, one of the most widespread motifs of the Dalinian repertoire. Both the choker and the bracelet feature a succession of elongated links that, according to the interpretative tradition associated with this edition, refer to the nails of Christ, reinforcing the symbolic character of the design and its link to the central theme of the piece.
These jewels are part of the serial editions promoted by Dalí to transfer some of his most recognizable icons to jewelry. The signature and numbering on the clasp certify that they belong to the authorized edition of 5,000 copies, which places them within the group of objects of controlled diffusion that retains interest among the artist's collectors.
