Pair of corner pieces, XIX century.
In carved and gilded wood.
Marbled top.
Exhibits wear consistent with age and use.
Measurements: 100 x 50 x 46 cm.
They consist of a triangular marbled top raised on cabriole legs finished with carvings. The sinuosity of the legs is continued in the profile of the waist, configured with alternating concave and convex shapes, an identifying characteristic of the Regency style, transition between the Baroque and Rococo. The carvings present sinuous forms inspired by the rocaille motifs typical of the Rococo language. The reliefs on the legs stand out.
