Ryan McCann constantly explores social constructs, creating works that invite the public to rethink and transform their perception of the everyday, as well as to reflect on the belief systems and realities of everyday life. McCann develops his work as a painter, sculptor, photographer and pyrographer, continually challenging himself to produce works that encourage viewers to see the world from new perspectives.

He has exhibited both nationally and internationally, with shows at venues such as Black Square Gallery (Miami, FL), Guy Hepner (New York, NY), Launch LA (Los Angeles, CA), Inner State Gallery (Detroit, MI) and Gregorio Escalante Gallery (Los Angeles, CA), as well as participating in the SCOPE Art Fair in New York, Miami and Basel (Switzerland). His works are part of important collections around the world, including the University of California at Los Angeles.
