Enrique Sánchez Leal is a self-taught painter, since his professional career was directed towards the Mercantile Professorship, graduating in Economics in Madrid. However, since the 70's Sánchez Leal has combined painting with his work as an economist. It was after a long career in painting when, in 1993, he decided to devote himself entirely to art. Throughout his professional career he has exhibited his work in various cities in Spain such as Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga and also in England and Italy.
