Coming from a family linked to the sciences, arts and literature, he developed his initial training in Figueres under the tutelage of master Núñez, a teacher whose classrooms were also attended by artists such as Salvador Dalí and Antoni Pitxot. From his earliest works he established himself as an outstanding interpreter of landscape, especially sensitive to scenes of rural life and the Empordà environment, which became a constant axis of his production. His approach to landscape painting is characterized by an intense and personal gaze, oriented towards an intimate vision of the territory, in which an expressive language and a marked subjectivity prevail.
His career includes a large body of work and a large number of exhibitions held both nationally and in various European cities. He completed higher studies at the Faculty of San Carlos in Valencia, where he obtained a degree in Fine Arts with a specialization in engraving. Subsequently, he developed an outstanding teaching career, directing drawing and painting classes in his own studio, the "Taller de las Artes", and performing academic responsibilities as assistant director of Workshops and Seminars at the Instituto Alicantino de Cultura Juan Gil-Albert, an institution where he also taught engraving techniques.
His artistic activity has been recognized on many occasions, receiving awards such as the Gold Medal at the XXIII Exhibition of Education and Rest, the First Prize City of Villajoyosa, Second Prize in the First of May Plastic Arts Contest, First Prize in the VII National Contest "Pintor Sorolla" of Elda, First Prize in the XIV European Community Painting Contest of Mini-Paintings in 1997 and First Prize in the Philip Morris photography contest in 1998. His exhibition presence has spread to cities such as Benidorm, San Juan, Altea, Alicante, Elche, Elda, Valencia, Madrid or Paris. In addition, he has collaborated as an illustrator in numerous publications and has participated in important competitions, including the Lonja de Palma de Mallorca International Prize, the VI National Competition of the City of Almería, the CAAM Painting Exhibition in Murcia and the International Industrial Design Competition in Valencia.
