In this work the artist transforms an industrial space into an almost abstract composition of light, structure and perspective. The scene represents the interior of a technical or port construction, where beams, stairs, platforms and aquatic reflections create a geometric framework of great visual dynamism.
The painting stands out for its complex spatial organization. The diagonal and vertical lines lead the eye towards the illuminated background, generating depth and an enveloping sensation of metallic architecture. Chromatically, the work combines cold blues, watery greens and violets with warm ochre and orange hues. These tonal variations enrich the pictorial surface and reveal a sensibility close to certain post-impressionist and expressionist languages of the 20th century, where color not only describes, but builds emotion and space.
The brushstroke is free and vibrant, visible in broad planes of color and in the changing reflections of the water. The artist does not seek a rigid or academic finish, but rather to capture the atmosphere of the place and the interplay between matter, light and structure. The result is a modern and poetic image of an industrial environment usually associated with functionality.
