DESCRIPTION
ALONSO MAZA (Merida, Mexico, 1980).
"Red children fell and laughed at the sight of it", 2007.

Measurements: 100 x 100 cm.
It could be said that the artistic career of Tozko Maza (alter ego of the multidisciplinary visual artist Alonso Maza) began participating in group exhibitions at Macay in 1997. He studied industrial design, UFO art and surrealism. He defines himself as a Pop artist based in Merida, Yucatan (Mexico) at Karne Korp Gallery. With his exhibition "Gato Cosmico" Alonso Maza gives flight to the imagination in a "psychonaut" journey, which links reality with the dream and results in characters and pieces that dialogue with the interior of the viewer. He specializes in sculpture and object art.
