Fountain pen manufactured in the United Kingdom by Parker in the seventies. This is the model 61 Insignia that comes gold plated with the section topped in black plastic. It features a linear decorative pattern. It is equipped with a 14-karat gold-plated, medium-point, smooth-writing, coated nib.
A new model was introduced for the 1958 Christmas campaign: the insignia, also known as the Jet Flighter or Signet. The finish of this pen was gold-plated on the cap and gold-plated on the barrel. It had different decorative motifs: Waterdrop, Fine Barley and Chased.
