Quiñón de Valmira is one of the most recognized and desired red wines of La Rioja (DOCa Rioja), produced by Bodegas Palacios Remondo under the direction of the prestigious winemaker Álvaro Palacios. This is a very exclusive wine of extremely limited production, from a single vineyard with calcareous and clay-ferrous soils, which gives it a great terroir identity. Renowned critics have rated vintages with 97-99 points or more, considering it one of the best wines of Rioja and Spain in general.
