51% Merlot Noir, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Cabernet Franc. The year is very dry, but the low rainfall observed is well distributed and ensures the regularity of the vine water it needs. A slightly cool ethé ran through the ripening, but conditions became its ideal for revenge since September 9: warm and sunny days of parmentmentment, unusual wind from the northeast in this season. The whites, then the reds, are returned to the tank room without a drop of rain, in perfect sanitary condition.
