Hacienda Pradolagar Reserva 2001 is a high-end red wine from Rioja produced by Bodegas y Viñedos del Marqués de Vargas, historically considered one of the most exclusive and long-lived references of the winery and the region. Pradolagar is special both for its very limited production, for its strict selection of grapes (mainly Tempranillo), for its long aging and for its classic Rioja style, designed to age for many years.

Bodegas Marqués de Vargas is a solid project with a presence not only in La Rioja, where it originates, but also with wineries in Ribera del Duero and Rías Baixas. To say Marqués de Vargas is to name a saga of four generations devoted to the production and marketing of excellent wines from La Rioja, as the Marquesado de Vargas is held by a family closely linked to this wine region.
