This coffee table is representative of Scandinavian design from the middle decades of the 20th century, characterized by clean lines, functionality, and a focus on wood with expressive grain patterns. Its rectangular tabletop features two removable side extensions—a practical solution that allows the surface area to be significantly expanded while maintaining compact proportions when the extensions are retracted.

The rosewood adds rich color to a structure with very clean lines, featuring legs that taper slightly toward the base. The carefully crafted longitudinal grain pattern and the discreet integration of the extension mechanism reflect the combination of formal simplicity and functional ingenuity characteristic of Danish furniture from that period.
