A sculptural Italian table lamp from the 1980s, with a striking architectural presence and sophisticated decorative appeal. Its design is centered around a polished gold-plated brass structure, whose curved, enveloping contours create an attractive interplay of volumes, reflections, and transparencies. The vertical cylinders of fluted glass, arranged rhythmically around the central light source, lend visual lightness and accentuate the piece’s geometry.
Its design evokes the Hollywood Regency aesthetic, characterized by a taste for sumptuous finishes, reflective materials, and visually striking silhouettes, as well as the theatrical elegance of late 20th-century Italian design.
