Description: Aurus is one of the most iconic wines produced by Finca Allende, a winery founded by Miguel Ángel de Gregorio in Briones, in the Rioja Alta. Made from a selection of Tempranillo and Graciano grapes from old vineyards, it represents a Rioja characterized by concentration, complexity, and aging potential. The 2005 vintage stands out for its structure and maturity, with an aromatic profile of black fruit, spices, licorice, balsamic notes, and toasty nuances derived from its barrel aging.
