Linked to Peter Sisseck’s personal project and his work with old vineyards in Ribera del Duero, Pingus expresses a quest for identity and concentration centered on the Tempranillo grape. This bottle is from the 2004 vintage, officially rated “Excellent” by the appellation’s Regulatory Council—a distinction that adds significance to this vintage within the winery’s history.
