Greek pitcher, V-IV century BC.
Pottery worked on a potter's wheel.
In excellent state of preservation. It has undergone a cleaning and restoration process.
Measurements: 11 x 12,5 x 7 cm.
Cylindrical vase with two vertical handles, exvasado edge and molded low foot. It is decorated with motifs of crowns of leaves and laurel fruits. This vase could belong to the Saint-Valentin Class, integrated by small size vases destined to the drink, and very extended in peninsular deposits. Saint-Valentin vases had an important diffusion during the second half of the 5th century B.C. They have been found in numerous settlements in the Levantine coastal area, in the Balkans, the Aegean, the coast of North Africa and the Black Sea.
