Pair of bowls in glazed procelain that stands out for the yellow finish. Each of the bowls has landscape scenes in "qianjing" reserve with "anhwa" decoration.
The Republic of China was the name adopted by the sovereign state in East Asia that between 1912 and 1949 occupied the territories of modern China, claiming territories in Mongolia, Tibet, Taiwan and small regions in Southeast Asia, northern India, western Central Asia and southern Siberia. It was founded after the Qing dynasty, the last imperial dynasty, was overthrown in the Xinhai Revolution.
