The deity is depicted standing upright, with a serene and introspective face showing eyes half-closed in meditation and the mark of the urn on her forehead. Her hair is gathered into a high bun (usnisha) covered by a celestial veil.
She performs a ritual gesture (mudra) with her left hand raised in a gesture of blessing or protection, while her right hand holds the folds of her robe or a ceremonial vessel/attribute.
Noteworthy is the elegance with which the artisan has rendered the drape of the robes (hanfu), whose folds undulate gently toward the hem in a stylized and harmonious movement.
