Large Lady Dior bag.
Burgundy calfskin with iconic Cannage stitching. Double flat and short handle at the top. Silver-tone metal hardware. Zipper closure at top. D.I.O.R. charms. Internal zippered pocket. Four protective studs at bottom. Long handle for shoulder strap, removable.
In perfect condition, hardly used.
With interior numbering.
Measurements: 32 x 25 x 11 cm.

In 1995, Bernadette Chirac received Princess Diana of Wales in Paris and presented her with this precious bag, soon to be renamed Lady Dior in honor of the princess. The love affair was immediate, and Diana Spencer has been wearing it ever since on her travels around the world. Made of leather or quilted fabric, the Lady Dior is adorned with the legendary "cannage" stitching of the firm, and has two short handles and two hanging ornaments in gold metal, with the letters of the word Dior.
