Made of Saffiano leather with a multicolored floral print. Silver-tone hardware, featuring a striking metal flap snap closure. Removable medium-sized top strap for carrying over the shoulder. Compartmentalized interior lined in fuchsia pink leather.
In good condition, with signs of wear consistent with its age.
Measurements: 16 x 25 x 6 cm.
Designed under the creative direction of Miuccia Prada in the mid-2010s, the Prada Sound was created with the aim of reviving the rigid, architectural structure of classic European handbags from the 1950s and 1960s. The bag owes its name, “Sound,” to its most technical and distinctive feature: the metal snap closure. Miuccia Prada drew inspiration from the security mechanisms found in the brand’s vintage travel cases and trunks, founded by her grandfather Mario Prada in 1913.
