This jardinière has a flat circular foot, a flattened ovoid belly and a hollow mouth. It is characterised by its profuse ornamentation: vases with flowers, birds with beautiful plumage and vegetalised forms are set against an intricate blue background. Borders run around the neck and mouth of the jardinière. The decoration is made in cloisonné enamel, a technique that consists of depositing the vitreous paste of the enamel in compartments formed by metal sheets that, in relief, form the silhouette of the design.
