The vases have some dents and flaws.
Measurements: 16 cm (height of the vases).
This elegant Japanese set, consisting of an octagonal tray and two vases, exemplifies the refined artisanal aesthetics of the Meiji period. The pieces, worked in metal plated with copper foil, present delicate reliefs and engravings that combine naturalistic and architectural motifs: birds among foliage on the vases and a landscape with temples and mountains on the tray.
