A sculptural group carved from green jade, consisting of three birds arranged on a framework of branches, leaves, and flowers. The composition combines the decorative naturalism of the birds with a dynamic sense of structure, in which the stems serve as both support and ornamental elements. The carving features polished surfaces, incisions to define plumage and leaves, and a careful interplay of green, grayish, and brown tones characteristic of the stone.

The piece is part of 20th-century Chinese decorative hardstone carving, in which bird and flower motifs evoke prosperity, harmony, and good fortune. It is mounted on a carved and openwork wooden pedestal with plant motifs.
