Lady Dior is one of the most iconic bags in history. It was launched in 1994 and was originally called "Chouchou". In 1995 Bernadette Chirac received Princess Diana of Wales in Paris and gave her this precious bag, soon to be renamed Lady Dior in honor of the princess. The love affair was immediate: Diana Spencer appeared from then on wearing it on her travels around the world. In January 1996, the bag arrived in boutiques and was a great success. Since then the Maison decided to rename it Lady Dior in honor of Princess Diana of Wales.
