The Hermès “Feux d’Artifice” is an iconic silk scarf designed by French artist Michel Duchêne and introduced in 1987 to commemorate Hermès’ 150th anniversary (1837–1987). Conceived as a special edition, this carré celebrates a century and a half of the maison’s history through a festive composition inspired by fireworks displays and the equestrian world that has defined Hermès since its inception.
